***WORKING FOLKS: WHAT DO YOU GUYS DO AFTER WORK? VOL. STRESS REDUCTION***

I just graduated from college and I have a 9-5 w/ no routine. I need some balance though. PS3 always calms me down I just got some free Brooks from my old job I might start running.
 
530am- wake up
6am-gym
8am-work
10pm(on a good night)-leave work
1030pm-get home, study for gmat
12am-sleep

Depends on the days but usually, the drive home helps me unwind, then some quick dinner, shower, watch some TV with my wife, browse NT and ISS, then sleep.

It's usually work, then come home and work out, eat dinner, then surf the net, do some reading, watch tv, or play halo. I've been going out on Thursdays a lot lately which makes work hell on Friday.

um i mean............i dont think ppl are content with it, it actually stresses a lot of ppl out.........

thats what happy hour is for

but i mean yea its a part of life for many.
