This. If you really wanna see gains stay dedicated and keep forcing yourself to lift heavier.

I do wonder about the genetics though because I think its a fair statement that the average asian is usually small to medium build

  
 
All those dudes who lift heavy at the gym have terrible form anyways. Just because you lift heavy doesn't mean you're doing it right. You probably aren't even working your chest.

Also, in terms of genetics the differences between entire races isn't all that big......Asians seem to have lower calf insertions and bigger calves, West Africans seem to naturally have more muscle than East Africans, etc. but ultimately you can make your body look however you want it to, within reason

I am Mexican myself but alot of the homies are asian and they get yoked pretty easily, especially my Filipino friends ( eating all that protein rich meat and what not ). Eat your protein man and load up on creatine.
