Honestly I knew him primarily as just one half of the Hart Foundation as a kid and missed his entire rise as a singles star in the mid 90s. Same with Shawn Michaels. I took a few years off of wrestling in HS and college and by the time I got back into wrestling in the late 90s and early 00s I couldn't believe the dude from The Rockers that wasn't Marty Jannetty had become a big deal lol. I'd always thought Janetty was the better wrestler in their Rockers days.

What's happened with Brian Cage? He had a good run as Impact champ then his career regressed after that. Thought for sure he'd be NXT/WWE bound after that because he has the "look" but now he's wrestling jobbers on an ROH pre-show?
