Don’t really think he’s buried at all.
He was never going to successfully cash in on Roman, so he was basically in no man’s land.
This allows you to reset him and give him a better, more serious gimmick (

). Give him a more natural build towards the top.He’s only 25, really talented, has “the look” and IS a Triple H NXT guy. The idea that this decision completely buried him is kinda crazy IMO.

Haven’t watched the last 2 weeks of Raw but did listen to Masked Man and Kaz last week. Kaz was comparing the Theories thing to when Triple H himself got squashed by Ultimates Warrior, which then led to an entire new character/persona for Trips.
Thought that was interesting. Don’t think it means Theories = Triple H, but maybe a similar situation.
