Man they could of easily gave cesaro a feud with sheamus combined with the noddle hair/miz feud and turned it into a fatal 4 way elimination style at summer slam to unit both titles

All of this. The only reason I had confidence that Ziggler would win is cause he's actually involved in a program and Cesaro is dead in the water for some unfortunate reason. Yet if Dolph ate that boot and got pinned, I wouldnt have been surprised either, because that's WWE booking in a nutshell. Spastic and directionless.
