Where would you rank Bret as a technical wrestler between Benoit, Kurt Angle and Dean Malenko?

Bret is one of my all time favorites. I watched the Dungeon Collection (I think that's what it is called) and it always feels like Bret is a rag doll for about 85% of every match. It's almost as if every match they really tried to hammer home the fact that he was undersized and every win was a "miracle win." Watching Hitman matches back-to-back-to-back can be tiring.
