every character before Stardust showed a lot of promise, and I wasn't even a fan of early Cody/Orton/Legacy.

he deserved that MITB briefcase instead of Sandow.. I could have seen a legitimate heel run as Champ, but that all went to waste when Stardust came about.

I mean he is cool at the IC Level but world champion of the #1 promotion in the world is a lot to ask for in someone like Cody.
