Kobe >>>>>>

06-08 Kobe is the best player I've ever seen play... I'm too young to have seen prime Jordan... It's almost unfathomable to me to think that there's someone better than Prime Kobe :lol...
Super Kobe FTW. That man was absurd at peak level. Truly amazing. :hat :smokin
I will miss him when he's done, I'm lucky to see his career from sunrise to sunset. My favorite player ever.

My boy and brother said the same thing when we were at house of hoops Harlem on Monday :lol they both pulled me back from buying it after I had already tried them on and had them in my hands about to go to the register. I been thinking about them ever since tho. Strictly for fall/winter since I dont wear boots b
Same thing happened when i got the Lebron 11's. Had to scoop them up after trying them on. Didn't like the 12's though. 13's look like decent hoopin shoes though...not casual wear for me.

: The Young Bucks signed an exclusive North American contract with ROH on 10/26. While we don’t have complete details, we were told the basics of the deal a few months back when they were close to signing. The deal being worked on is that the Bucks would work exclusively in North America (or the United States, I don’t have that clarified right now)for ROH.

They will be able to continue to work PWG as an exception. They had told indie promoters they had worked for several months ago that they wouldn’t be taking any dates after mid-October because they would be signed to an exclusive deal by that point.

As noted here when WWE rumors popped up several weeks ago, we were told WWE would have to make an offer quickly because they were very close to the ROH deal that was just announced. Lucha Underground wanted them, but hadn’t heard their names even mentioned to me in regard to that promotion in a long time.

TNA made overtures some time back, but right now doesn’t seem like an option past just taking dates if offered, and they’ve done far better since being gone from TNA than when they were with TNA. They had worked some GWF shows ths year.

WWE obviously didn’t make a serious competitive money offer, because if they did, this wouldn’t have happened the way it did. The deal is for a guaranteed annual salary, plus they would keep their New Japan contract and continue to work certain tours and major shows.

They also will be able to book themselves on their off days outside either the U.S. or at least the U.S. and Canada. They’d also have the rights to their merchandising. The ROH deal would be good guaranteed money, more than ROH has ever guaranteed anyone over an annual basis, particularly for the number of dates they would work, but aside from conflicts with New Japan, they’d likely be booked on every ROH show now. Between the ROH deal and New Japan, and their merchandise, they’d both be likely making far more than anyone in the U.S.

I could think of who doesn’t have the former major league television star pedigree, and it would be easier on them physically because they wouldn’t be doing all those indie dates every weekend, as they were doing three to five shows per week. Their families are a big deal to both of them as they’ve both got young children. The terms of the ROH deal sounded good in the sense they wouldn’t have to relocate, would be working far less dates, and they would be guaranteed a solid annual income, multiples of what they’d probably have gotten in NXT and ahead of at least the lower paid guys on the WWE main roster

At Hell in a Cell, security was removing all “Young Bucks” signs they could find

The Final Battle main event on 12/18 in Philadelphia will be Jay Lethal vs. A.J. Styles for the ROH title. If Styles wins, an ROH title match could be one of the top matches at the Tokyo Dome show. Other matches in the current plans have Michael Bennett & Matt Taven vs. Hanson & Raymond Rowe for the tag titles, Adam Cole vs. Kyle O’Reilly, Michael Elgin vs. Moose (with the winner likely in line for an ROH title shot), Dalton Castle vs. Silas Young with the winner getting The Boyz, and a pre-show match with Brutal Bob Evans vs. Cheeseburger. Roderick Strong will also defend the TV title he won this past weekend

Styles was at the shows this weekend but didn’t wrestle due to a sciatic nerve issue. Those close to him say it isn’t that serious, but is a very real injury and he needed time off from bumping. That’s the flip side of those unbelievable matches is that they take their toll. The thing was that on the second night in Dayton, he was in an eight-man elimination tag main event, and in a match like that he could be protected to a degree, and still didn’t work. We’re told he’s going to take a short rest because he’s been going non-stop, but the impression we have is he’s going to be working the 11/7 New Japan PPV show in Osaka

Styles was on Taz’s show and was asked about going to NXT, and he said, “At this point in my career, I’m going to do what’s best for my family and I want to do what’s best to provide for them. So, the business that we’re in, if the business could be better somewhere else, then that’s where I’m going to go. That’s what I’m going to do. So, like I said, it’s a business plan. Wherever the plan takes me, that’s where I’ll go.

Steve Corino needs spinal fusion surgery and won’t be wrestling any time soon. They shot an angle at TV that was pretty much a shoot, where he explained that he needed surgery and did a farewell. Nigel McGuinness worked with Kevin Kelly doing the announcing at the tapings

They had been building Corino vs. B.J. Whitmer forever and Whitmer was going to be ready at Final Battle, and it was on the scheduled card, but now it’s off. Corino has made it clear that nobody ever retires in wrestling, as far as if he’ll come back

Give me up coming companies to invest in. We are teaching the kids about the stock market
Apple, Facebook, Twitter (sounds dumb but 3 years out I think it works), Gilead, Celgene, Biogen, Starbucks, Netflix, BP, Exxon, Disney, Nike, Under Armour, Yahoo!, First Solar, Tesla, WWE so they can learn about losing money

DC or anyone who knows, where does ROH get their money from? They make dough like that to take care of the Bucks?

We had them to look at 5 companies. They have to provide current price, 1 year ago, 5 years ago, and 10 years ago.

Naturally the most popular companies were......

Take a guess

Are you going to be playing a stock market game or just giving them companies to research? Why does the company need to be up-and-coming? What about established companies? Give more info on what you're doing.

We are telling them to think outside the box. One girl asked me, "Mr. DC, can I see which company made your water bottle."

It was Texas Instruments and she used that. Thought that was cool.

I'm like YALL, there are 100 companies in this room alone man. Use something else
