He's been neutered to the point of no return as have many budding stars on this roster have been in the past year. Creative is cannibalizing itself and the fact that there isn't anyone to provide checks and balances makes it even worse.

Was brought out to WWE HQ in Stamford for an in person interview.
Interviewed with five different people over the course of 2.5 hours.
Was given an editorial test.
Once I passed the editorial test, I had to do a write up on RAW as it happened in real time and submit it before 11:45 PM.
