Nope. Cesaro and him could have a classic feud. Have Ziggler have a good reign and drop the title to Barrett when he returns. 

They really need to make the IC title a focal point. It's such a waste. 

The WWE product was at it's best when every title meant something, especially the IC. It was said best during the Mr. Perfect doc. The guy who held the WWF title was usually the best drawer. The guy who held the IC title was usually the best wrestler.
