I got 2k going....started my career, wasn't exactly expecting an RPG experience in a ball game, but is interesting...please tell me I'll get better because at the moment I SUCK....lmao I'm surprise my team hasn't cut me yet....to top it off I get drafted by my least favorite team in the league...the Utah Jazz

Oh my god, the Jazz are horrible.

Somehow I average 5 assists, somehow.

I'm a 6'3 pg and they run me at the 4.

Visiting my in-laws in Arkansas for the holiday this weekend...might just have to yell YOLO and cop me a XB1 while I'm down there. I'm really missing my video gaming experience.

I don't think you can accomplish what you want if im reading this right. its either xb1 + cable box OR xb1 with cable box running separately.

The cable box HDMI goes into the back of the xb1 and the xb1 HDMI goes into the tv OR
for separate inputs - The cable box HDMI goes into the TV's HDMI and the xb1 goes into a different HDMI or with the switch: The cable box HDMI goes into the switchers HDMI and the xb1 goes into a different HDMI on the switcher and the switchers HDMI goes to the tv.

Just know that if you're letting that keep you away from Forza, you're making a gigantic mistake.

Played forza for a bit

It looks good but for true car people the game falls flat. For me weather dynamic is not number 1 on the list but its a major part of racing. The cars look good and are fun to watch but they don't perform the way they would in the real world. Forza is a great arcade racer but its is not a racing sim.

you don't need a switcher if you're cable box has 2 hd outputs (usually 1 component and 1 hdmi)

use the component straight to the tv for regular tv without the xbox

and use the hdmi to the xbox, then xbox to the tv

Basically this fool is sitting down with his wife who has a few drinks then she falls asleep and he starts messing with her then has a breast exposed

I def cosign with SupremeApe.
weather adds a dimension to any game. forza should have had it to help offset the lack of tracks. gives more options to the end user.
forza is "like" a sim but people that pay attention notice the smaller things.

1. what is a forza kit and how come every car can just slap on one and have fully adjustable down force?
2. wow, we can do full motor swap and drive train swaps on near every car.
3. why is it that some manufacturers have cars that are just dirt when they shouldn't be? Mercedes were garbage in forza 4. Subaru has always been crap in forza while the Mitsubishi Evo X can mop racers up while in real life the STI puts in work.
4. there is always a car that obliterates all cars in its class. The tesla and zonda were beasts in forza 4.

To add to Forza/sim issue... I dont know if this is the same in 5, but in 3 and 4 if you went into a corner doing 100 and dropped into 3rd, you'd do a perfect engine brake. In actuality this would cause wheel lock up and youd fly off the track. It was something I used often to overtake people in corners.

I never knew about that... I do know that if you touch grass in forza it will suck you in like quicksand.

Hope my cable box has another HD output, otherwise this thing is useless. Completely misunderstood the functionality of the switcher.
