Im excited for you man... Dealing Battle Beaver has always been real pleasant. I already have 2 controllers and I've sent in 1 to get work done on it like 3 times. Once cuz I broke it, and twice because of faulty M$ components (completely unrelated from the Battle Beaver customization). All 3 send in's were $0 to Battle Beaver and in one of the send ins, he didnt even ask me to pay for the shipping.
Chris has always been a real easy dude to work with. Strikes me a real stand-up family dude.
They outperform Scuf's customer service 100 fold.
