It's not clear exactly which titles will be available later this year, but Microsoft is promising that Xbox One owners will be able to play multiplayer Xbox 360 games against their friends who own the older console. Initially, preview members will be able to play Xbox 360 titles like Banjo-Kazooie Quote A teaser image for the feature showed off other games like Perfect Dark Zero, Gears of War, Super Meat Boy, Halo Reach, Halo 3, Shadowrun and Borderlands. We'll try it out once it launches, but wow, funny to see this here just two years after Don Mattrick called it "backwards."

Soon I will finally have a working Halo game again. One can only hope that people repopulate 360 H3. Too bad this is only for 360 games.

Not fully BC looks like they are emulating the 360. During the mass effect demo it started to stutter, but everything like match matching they said it was going to be the same.
