haven't bought madden in a few years, whats the verdict on it these days

I guess it depends on the last one you played and the type of player you are. Personally, I like it, but a lot of people don't because they feel like the zones and defense in general is broken. I'm more of a franchise player and couch co-op player and I haven't ran into those problems for the most part. When playing against the CPU, I generally feel like your defensive line can't get consistent pressure and it does appear that receivers end up being wide open here and there. With that being said, playing on All-Pro Simulation, I feel like I'm able to get games that I'm happy with and don't feel like I'm getting cheated out of.

MUT is still the focal point and they added another mode called MUT Squads. I tend to stay away from MUT as I get addicted and eventually find myself spending real money eventually. It's fun though.

They also added a story mode called Longshot. If you've ever watched the TV show "Friday Night Lights" it has that feel to it; it even features Scott Porter. It's a short story, but better than most other modes.

Defense definitely feels broken. The secondary still act like they don't see the receivers around them. Glad to see that a player will intercept the ball instead of dropping it half/most of the time.

Their new story mode was just a copy & paste from Fifas story mode last year. Hate you don't get to play any college games.

COD maps are absolutely terrible not feeling them at the moment

also this could be my connection but man the hit detection and lag compensation is a joke right now. Sometimes youll kill them with 2 bullets from the STG44 then other times it can take 8 bullets from same distance.

I'm enjoying it so far. MUT is legit. I manually control my LB or DBs so I have to focus on defense because like many have said, receivers get wide open almost every play. I find myself playing a lot of zone coverage underneath and basically manually manning up on a particular receiver. The long shot story was cool too.

What does everyone recommend in here or use.

Not trying to break the bank either and spend $300 on some headsets.

Someone in the Destiny 2 recommend some Astro A10 a new lower cost headset from astro that retails for $60.

Does anyone have those or recommend them?

Sades SA801 Over Eat Stereo Gaming Headset, its back at regular price 17.99. But for under $20 its a great deal

Are they that good? I don't play that much so never thought about investing in one.

They break a bit to easy for the price point but when it breaks I just buy another and return the broken one lol. And MS only does 3 month warranty on them and don't budge to help u if it breaks. But gaming purposes its heaven, I hate playing Unchartered because a DS4 doesn't compared to an elite. That controller is great for shooters but I even utilize the paddles for action games. Only time I take them out is when I play Killer Instinct, when I touch a regular controller it feels weird to me at this point.

BLOPS 3 was okay and I think threyarch is the best studio of the three so I'll wait until next year.

If I didn't have so many other games I might have but with Destiny 2 and my Halo 5 addiction I'm good.

Not to mention the backlog of all the other games.
