I purchased that DMC it was only like $10 tho and I had recopped and finished SOM for $5 I didn't realize the new one drops in October I believe. I might not Day 1 that anyone Ill just cop after the X anyway for 4K

I bought Mordor GotY for about $4 on PS store. I had DmC on PS3 when it was PS+ but never finished it. I was thinking about renewing my Xbox Live but it's just cheaper to buy DmC at this point.

It should be free for any Xbox owner. That's the best way to increase player population and maybe even bring goodwill back to the Halo brand.

Halo been overrated since 3

I enjoyed all Halos, but Reach and 4 were missteps. 4 is good if you're playing Legendary Slayer.

Is Halo really the flagship franchise now? I mean I know Halo 5 did its numbers but I don't think Halo is a system seller anymore. If it was, I'm sure MS would have one ready to drop with One X. I really think Forza is the top dog for Xbox now.

I'm sure it's still the best selling exclusive outside of Uncharted/TLOU. Halo 3 was its peak though.

I'll also say MS should try to create a new IP that can match its success.

I hated on Halo 5 at first, but once I got into it and started playing it more it is a very good Halo game even with all the advanced movements.

It's the best competitive multiplayer game this generation.

And I know I'm in the minority here, but 343 hit detection is better than Bungie's hit detection.

The reason MCC turned out the way it did was my understanding that 343 did not work on it there were a lot of studios combined together to work on each game or something and they rushed it.

I'm sure if they knew that backwards compat would have been a thing they would have just made everything BC.

They're never going to please everyone though so.

I also understand their thought process on making Halo the way they did... most of the people who grew up playing Halo 1-3 probably don't even play video games anymore so is small core to appease so they took the route of appeasing a broader audience from a business standpoint and at the end of the day they are a business and that's what they are supposed to do appease the biggest audience to gain the most profits.

Agreed with the broader audience statement. As an avid Final Fantasy player, I had to realize that everybody who played FF in the 90s probably don't game anymore and that FF changed to appeal to a newer audience. It is what it is.

As far as being the most competitve multiplayer game, I have to give that to Rainbow 6 Siege. That game is intense as hell too.

Season passres don't really add much to the game imo. You get 20 operators from the base game, more than enough imo. I bought the complete edition and use the same few operators. Maybe that's why I suck

they are 25k each but that isn't too bad. It comes down to how often you play the game tho which is why I can understand why it may seem like it's a lot however I don't find it to be too bad and I don't even play it a lot.
