Nah I think they're cool. Just not a fan of sim racers I guess. I had a lot of fun with Horizon, so I wanted to give the main series a shot.

It's a beautiful game, but just isn't what I'm looking for. If FH2 comes out tho ... I'll be on that.

And I believe horizon 2 has been announced I'm probably gonna sell my Forza and cod to BB if they're really giving 30.. Then pick up pvz for a few more added bucks maybe none those two might cover it.

I'm gonna hold off on Astros until I see reviews on both Microsoft ones just realized my friend would get discounts on those as well.. So maybe I can get the Polk 4 for under a hundo and or the other ones for like 40

Yes that doesn't come with it.

You can find some refurbed ones for 179 with the amp and everything on ebay Nawz posted a couple pages back.

If you're looking for cheaper ones that got pretty good reviews and can adjust game/chat volumes the Skullcandy SLYR got pretty good reviews from that dude in that thread MrDeeds posted.

Don't know if this is common knowledge, I just connected my Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet to XB1 somehow through the music player and am now playing Rozay's new album on my TV with the surround sound speakers!

Polk's new 4 Shot gaming headphones for the Xbox One are shipping in just over a week. Announced at E3, the Polk headphones were created in collaboration with Halo and Forza Motorsport developers 343 Industries and Turn 10 Studios, respectively, to ensure proper audio tuning for different gaming needs.



"Since unveiling the 4 Shot at last year's E3 Expo, the excitement has grown in response to its anticipated launch," said Polk vice president Mark Suskind. "We worked diligently with Microsoft to create a headset that combines complex audio found in the gaming world with rich, exhilarating sound typical of Polk's engineering. We know there’s a substantial demand for Xbox One headsets, and we’re proud to be the first company with retail availability of a headset specifically licensed for the console."


The headphones' adaptor plugs directly into the Xbox One controller's proprietary data port, so there's no need to worry about unwanted cords coming from the console to your ears. By using Polk Optimized Electro-acoustic Tuning (POET), the 4 Shot aims to deliver high-quality, realistic sound. If you need to chat with fellow gamers, a retractable microphone is included, and leatherette padding and over-ear pads help make sure your head and ears stay comfortable throughout those long gaming sessions.




Polk's 4 Shot headphones are priced at $159.95 and will be offered in Ink Black, Desert White, and Nova Blue when they launch March 6th. The headphones will be available at select GameStop locations and directly through Polk Audio, with Best Buy stores in Canada expected to get the product in March.

I like that these are truly wireless but I'd wait for reviews before copping.

I was excited about this Polk headset also but was disappointed to find out they aren't wireless. You run the 3.5mm cable from the headset to the headset adapter attached to your controller for audio and chat. Even if you didn't want to use chat you'd still have to run 3.5mm cable to the optical out on the xbox one.

Both are capable of playing alone and with people. It's the game community that makes the difference, not the console

I hate how everyone just assumes that Xbox is better for multiplayer experiences and PS is better for single player. I would think that if majority of my friends own a PS then I'd prefer to play on PS (assuming that you like playing with friends) and vice versa. I enjoyed CoD on PS3 for years because my friends were on PS3. Some of my favorite single player games were on 360 i.e. Lost Odyssey, Tales of Vesperia, Eternal Sonata, Dead Space etc.
