Yeah it would have been fairly easy when this was first posted because then none of them would be hip to game as yet and we all would have probably got through.

The current xb360 interface is rather tacky IMO...
but that is from someone who is heavily involved with apple products.
I like the direction of the xb1 interface even though its just a stripped down windows 8.
IMO that was a much better step than taking the 360 UI and "improving" it

Yo I hate this new dashboard and UI. I ant the popup back when you press the middle button so I can remain in the game and see my friends list/messages. And for the love of god is there a way I can change windows during a nap with my controller or do I have to say "Xbox, switch" every damn time?!

All we need is the quick dash back.. It's actually quicker toget to your friends list now than it was with the old dash.. It's like two clicks the other was a couple more if I'm not mistaken.

Naw, it's what happens when you try to incorporate software into a device not intended for it for the sake of uniformity with other devices. 360 dash wasn't perfect but works. They should of used that and built up from there IMO.
Either way. I'm sure they'll completely redo it

I bet the Ones UI next year will probably be completely different with way more functionality. If the 360 is any indication don't be surprised if its totally different aesthetically within a year
