Agreed.
Nothing wrong with this IMO. Its how all shooters should be, they should all have an element of spawn trapping. You lose enough position you deserve to be spawn killed.
but dude couldn't even move ..

Pretty sure you're not the only person spawn trapping in CoD.
The score wasnt what I was referencing, moreso the fact that he deaths are piling up. At any point during the course of a game if you die that much or everyone on your team dies in a short window then you deserve to be punished for it.

I posted in the PS thread, but COD related.
As you can see, we had 33% of the points. I can see getting dominated, but not when you hold one point.
When Call of Duty had War, it was part of that game mode. Dom is not War.
And if you want to glorify spawn camping, that's your prerogative, but you are part of the reason people are moving away from the franchise.
I only play COD casually so maybe I'm biased but thats how Halo works. You play any map long enough and you'll learn spawns, I know all the spawns on the H3 maps. You get 4 dead and you have the opportunity to spawn kill in most cases.
A lot of shooters dont punish people enough for dying IMO, with too many spawn points, quick spawning, and huge maps, when you die you just quickly get over it and its of no consequence
In a nut shell, halo takes more shots to kill thus people have a chance to run or fight back. In cod you get shot, you're dead. This is way different though than getting trapped in COD.
Strongside or any player has to actually have skill to do what he just did with all those headshots dead on and some weren't even scoped in.
Where as COD what emperstrikes is getting hit with is some average player because it doesn't take that much skill to do that due to not needing to get a headshot.
Also, in Halo the players even though they're spawned in they have a chance and in COD once he spawns there is a delay in empires movement and there isn't much he can do and he gets killed.
What was done by Strongside in Halo takes skill, and extreme skill at that, because that is not something that is easy to due and pull off like that what was done in COD was some B fool youtuber with a clan playing random's and thinking they're good until they are put up against dudes with skills and they get exposed... I call that JNasty dudes
Another good example is with Street Fighter yeah they have a lot of skilled players, but what Daigo did that year against Wong in 3rd strike when he parried Chunli's super and won that match which is probably the greatest evo moment up until now. That right there is not something that can be done even by elite players and Daigo is probably up there too and he had said that he couldn't believe he pulled it off because it is not something he can do on the fly like that.
With the exception of the 3ark COD's they're all just cash cows but I dont' know what it is that keeps me playing it though it's like I hate in and complain about it but I continue to play it. I think the COD community is what made COD bad though.
Sandy Ravage said it best they should have a playlist where stats don't count towards your regualar stats and I can bet it would be the most played.

Or what you said
Being a good Halo player is so much more rewarding that being a good CoD player.
It's a shame that Halo lost it's number 1 spot.
It lost it's spot because of the learning curve. Had dudes fleeing to codBeing a good Halo player is so much more rewarding that being a good CoD player.

A lot of the newer players who are going to play Halo for the first time are going to hate it for this very reason... but this is the same reason I and others love it.I don't think that's what he meant but what you just said is why for me...In a nut shell, halo takes more shots to kill this people have a chance to run or fight back. In cod you get shot, you're dead.

Cod>>>> halo
Halo is alright.
Cod is better because i'm already back in the game before my death animation finishes.
I'll always remember on halo 2, racing for the rocket launcher on that one map with the elevator in the middle. Lay low and wait for the other team to run in recklessly. Hop out with the super jump and get the double kill. All while you're coordinating with your teammates to rush the basement for the plasma sword. Euphoria...
CAN'T WAIT FOR THAT HALO COLLECTION.
PROBABLY WON'T BE THE SAME WITH NO ONE TALKING IN GAMES ANYMORE
It's a great thing.Halo is alright.

THAT'S NOT A GOOD THING, IMO.
There's really nothing wrong with being a COD person.. some prefer the if I shoot first and land a couple shots they should die, even if it's the toe.I'm actually hoping Halo return will change this. Get you Xbox dudes back on the mic.
CAN'T WAIT FOR THAT HALO COLLECTION.

And yes I'm a COD guy, that's because I feel like if I shoot a guy 2/3 times in the chest he should be dead. That's just IMO though.
I did log in a bunch of hours in Halo 2 though. It was all system link hours though. So I'm getting the collection just to experience Halo online. You guys say it's the greatest thing ever so I want to see. I know it won't be the same as back in the day. Let's just hope it's close.

Halo, a lot of the time comes down to who has the better shot.. shooting someone first gives you the advantage but you don't autowin a fight like you would in cod. But like I said before nothing wrong with preferring the cod formula.
