Nah man my iPhone screen is too small to be watching anything other than a YouTube vid on it. Plus on my connection I can download a TV show in like 30 seconds and a 2-5GB movie in 5-10 mins or less.
Who would watch TV on a iPhone lol. I don't have all those inches of TV for no reason. My Android people use this app BubbleUp or something to stream through their Xbox. I just Airplay from my Ipad to my Apple TV. No wires, No downloading. I use to use Vuze to stream to my 360. Download from Yify in mp4 format and stream from my PC to the box.
Having a local storage of saved movies and tv shows is extremely clutch with the internet goes down for what ever reason
Valid. I rarely have outages with Fios tho so I don't even care much to download. There was a few days once when Movie Box was down, it was torture.

If you've got a Galaxy all you have to do is tap the steam button when you're near an Xbox on the same wireless network. Was at my cousins house trying to watch GoT on my phone while they were on the Xbox. Pressed the button on my phone out of curiosity and it popped up on their TV. I * with them for like 30 minutes they had no idea what was going on

Just sold my 360 and games for $250 :hat
I was sad to see it go. Been an Xbox guy since day one (November 2001) and got the 360 in 2005 when it came out. So many good times were had on that 360. I even had an OG controller still :hat

But now I'm fully invested in the X1 and I'm looking forward to some of the great games that are coming out. I've got Titanfall and it's cool. I'll also be copping Destiny, MCC, and maybe that new Tom Clancy game that's coming out. It looked dope at E3. Just miss me my NCAA game :(

As far as the Halo games go...

1. CE - The OG. Bungie nailed everything about this game from the get go.
2. Halo 3 - I loved 3's campaign (sans Cortana level) and the MP was on point
3. Reach - Campaign was cool, MP was cool
4. Halo 2 - Campaign was meh, but that XBL MP was piffery
5. Halo 4 - Not a big fan of the campaign (felt it strayed too much from core elements of story, music, gameplay), MP got old quick too with crappy maps
6l. Halo 3: ODST - Never really bought into this game and it never got much playing time out of me

More than 700 events across the world, contributing to, I think a conservative 100 percent completion time of well over 100 hours

Quote:
Expect more things to collect and discover, more secrets and barn finds to track down

- Showcase Events are back
Quote:
Unsurprisingly, Showcase Events are back with a vengeance in Forza Horizon 2

As you explore the world, you’ll be able to take advantage of Horizon 2’s all-new onboard assistant ANNA. If you’ve got a Kinect for your Xbox One, you’ll be able to control ANNA with your voice, leaving your hands free to get on with the business of collecting victories. ANNA will also make intelligent recommendations based on your progress through the game. If your friends kick off a new Online Road Trip, ANNA will alert you and offer to seamlessly connect you into their online match. At any point in the game you can ask ANNA, “What should I do next?” and she’ll reply with great options designed specifically for you

Location/Landscapes

- Game takes place all along the Southern Europe
Quote:
From the foothills of the Alps, right down the Mediterranean Sea. From the rolling hills of Tuscany in Italy, across the border into France and beautiful Provence and the glamorous Côte d'Azur

- Horizon 2 has three times more roads and play space than the first game
Quote:
it also has three times more driveable area; a three-times bigger play space

- All barriers and rails have been removed. You can drive wherever you want even if its not road
Quote:
We’ve taken the view that, if there isn’t a barrier in the real-world, if there isn’t a wall, there shouldn’t be one in our game

Soundtrack

- The game will take place around another festival and music will play a big part of it
- DJ Rob Da Bank will create part of FH2´s playlist
Quote:
Playground Games has once again enlisted the aid of BBC radio DJ Rob da Bank

- The other part is being choosen by two other independent music labels
Quote:
The team are not announcing the labels at this stage, although Fulton did confirm two are from London and the other is from Los Angeles

- 8 Radio Stations available

Development

- Game runs at 1080P/30FPS on Xbox One
Quote:
but he did confirm Forza Horizon 2 on Xbox One would display at 1080p and, like the original Forza Horizon, a locked 30 frames-per-second.

- The Xbox 360 version of the game is being developed by Sumo Digital on the original Forza Horizon Engine

- The Xbox One version of the game is being developed with FM5´s engine

I always liked the Skrillex remix to Levels.

I was listening to this when I read your post. Recently discovered (for me).

Damn :lol :lol.

The only superbounce I remember how to do is the one on Zanzibar where you break the glass and crouch walk into it and then fall to the side.

And maybe the one on the dusty/sandy map (don't even remember the name :lol) in the back corner where you gotta press start and get out of it to see the texture/polygon of where to jump. Gonna have to hit up YouTube and pop in my old disk to practice :lol.

What would be the benefit of pre-ordering the Limited Edition of Destiny as opposed to the standard edition? All I'd really want is the expansion pass, which I could always get later.

What are you guys planning on doing?

I'm just getting the 60 dollar one and buying the expansions as they come. I think you're saving 5 dollars buying it all now.. The expansions can come way later when I'm not eem playing the game anymore

Anyone purchase EA Early Access through the beta that was sent out? I used my code, and thinking about buying so I can play Madden 15 early.

I've just been downloading my games rather than going out and buying the disks since they need to be installed to the HDD anyway. What's it like downloading a game when it launches? Are the servers clogged/downloads slow? What time do they make them available for download?

I was hoping to just download Madden/Destiny/Advanced Warfare at midnight when they dropped. But if they take forever to download at launch I'll just go out and grab the physical disk.

i believe all those titles, with the exception of maybe Madden, will have the pre download option. You should be able to play right at midnight.

$ony offers pre-downloading I believe 3-4 days before a game releases.

m$ will be doing this anytime soon.

I've never downloaded a game on launch.

I believe it depends on your connection. If you have a good ISP, I think you should be good.

When the destiny beta dropped, some people had difficulties downloading it or their download was taking a while.

My download experience was relatively fast. For the ps4, ps3, and 360 beta.

Anyone hear of a Microsoft server error that freezes the screen/xbox/game when one if trying to play a game/app and the screen turns black?

I heard it was a product of a corrupted hard drive but when I called Gamestop to inquire about replacing my hard drive, the employee over the phone cuts me off and states that it is a Microsoft server problem...

Any one hear of this? Any help?
