Need some help guys. Main screen is telling me to upgrade and when I go to the start screen, I see the green +, but when I hover over it I don't have an option to upgrade. What am I doing wrong?

After 8 HORRIBLE experiences with various microsoft employees, ONE EXTRAORDINARY microsoft employee fixed my situation.

Short story even shorter, I wanted that xbox one deal with Destiny and a $50 gift card.

I got a $100 off promo code on sept. 5th, so I've been eying that deal since it started.

NOT only did she go out of her way to help me, she kept up with me to make sure my problem was solved!

The games I'll be getting in the next week or so are.

The only xb1 game I own is COD ghosts.

Yeah, I got it for under $10 brand new from that hadouken site.

I own all the cods and I liked cod ghosts on the ps4.

Microsoft is officially gonna buy Mojang( minecraft) for 2.5 billion.

The funny part is that they didn't even use their US cash reserves. They have 60 billion sitting overseas. So instead of bringing it to the US and having it taxes, they just bought a company
