Yeah you will need it it takes like 2-2 and a half weeks. I just got my day 1 controller replaced. Thankfully I had another 1 on deck alreadyUsed some rubbing alcohol/q-tips on the battery contact points in my controller and that got it working with the headset again... for like an hour. Gonna send it back but that's gonna force me to go out and buy a new controller while I wait for a replacement.
