You asked me what 180s they did and I said that the drm policy changes as well as selling the x1 seperatly so early on when I felt that MS (both act as selling points because the drm changes was one of the biggest problems for the x1) really wanted to push kinect as a part of the Xbox experience. And you are right about the software updates i didn't know that most of them were announced before the releaseThe drm changes took place before the console was even released so I don't get how sales changed that. Software updates to the UI is to be expected with mass usage and input. Also most of the "updates" were announced back when the console dropped.
Only thing I get is the price drops for the systems. Thing is that doesn't do much good for us who have it already.
Hearing sound better is the benefit. If seeing whats going on is a 10 out of 10 in terms of importance hearing is a 7. It expounds on your awareness, you hear things that you would never hear( you hear the footsteps, where the shots are coming from, where the nades are coming from, in the case of Halo you hear when people are going up the lifts/off the man cannons, when weapons and powerups spawn) if you were just playing a game through your TV unless you turn the TV up to a level of annoyance.Maybe a few of you in here can help me out. I was on amazon just looking through possible games to get, and I stumbled upon the new Turtle Beach wireless headphones. At $230 I began to research...because I don't get it.
I understand games like Halo and COD have tournaments and competitions...but what is the benefit of these super expensive headphones?
You can hear sound better...what benefit does it have to your actual gaming and performance? What makes them worth that much in relation to effect on gaming?
Love the game. I have both III and the next-gen version with the DLC included.Might jump on it at that 29.99 price tag.. Anyone else got it in here
From what i 've played of reach and halo3, they're the same.
It happens to everyone, you'll be all right after about a week or so.I'm playing some Halo 3 right now for the first time in YEARS... I'm trash. For some reason every 3rd-5th BR shot doesn't register though. I'm 99.9% sure it's not my timing. That's engrained into my memory.
I have it for the 360. The gameplay is addicting/fun. Try out the demo, if you still have a 360.Might jump on it at that 29.99 price tag.. Anyone else got it in here
