I searched today for the first time since launch and found a game in less then two minutes. It was party split though, got a perfection. I'd still rather run customs until its totally cleared up.

What exactly happens?

Is the refund recorded in your purchase history, so that you're unable to re-download halo mcc?

We’ve been working at and on various issues all day and users are seeing some improvements – and here’s a wonky but useful tip that should significantly improve some players’ experiences:

When you are in the matchmaking state, looking for players, make sure that the column on the right is headed by the string, “In Lobby” - Usually with gray boxes beneath, until a whole game is gathered. If it’s in any other state, or you don’t see that it says “In Lobby” as pictured, you will not successfully join a game. Simply press “B” to back out to the main menu, then go back into Multiplayer and Find Game. You should see “In Lobby” and have a much better chance of finding a good session. These shots demonstrate “good” and “bad” conditions you should be attempting to get to.

Awkward? Yes. Sorry! But simple and a tiny band aid while we work on the bigger medicine. More news as we fix more stuff.

I've accidentally bought several games.

They won't do it most of the time. Halo MCC's troubles are well noted. I told her it was the "worst" experience I've had since I bought theXbox One. I also mentioned that I was active duty, which is true. I told her as a Soldier I don't get much time off and that when I do, I'd like to be able play the games I paid for with no problems. I got my refund instantly. They just remove the license from the game.

If you made your clips private, you won't be able to see your clips.

I use safari on my phone. Sometimes I'll have tabs from several days ago. Short story even shorter. I had a tab of Bastion when it was on sale fore $5 due to xbl weekly deals. I bought it for $5. So I thought. Then I get the email saying I paid $15. Then I realized, I was days late for that deal.

Or I've bought some games that were kinect only, which I don't have a kinect.

So far I've succeeded.

They just need to let us resell our game licenses, then I'd convert to this digital only trend.
