ok, I talked to xbox suppor about my refund and the guy said that 343 has 2 more content updates scheduled for today and tomorrow. He promised a refund if the situation wasn't handled by then. I saved the convo and will be chatting them tomorrow again most likely

343 doesn't work weekends so idk how true that is

Darryl: Although as of the moment right now the on going issue will actually be addressed by 343 Industries whereas they promised us a series of patches to be released today and tomorrow.
Blake: Yes. I am keeping up with the updates. But I also believed that yesterday's update would alleviate the issue and it did not
Darryl: As of now, I would really love to provide a refund for you for the MCC game here, but unfortunately right now a refund may not be possible as this is an on going issue whereas a promised solution is about to be released. A new patch was just released addressing the content issues and a second patch will be out around tomorrow which addresses the matchmaking issues.
Blake: Ok Darryl. Ill save this conversation, and if tomorrows content update doesn't fixed the address issues, Ill have to ask for a refund again

the patches probably aren't going to work, but at least I can show this to the next rep who tries to say they can't do a refund because a solution is going on
