I've seen this pic all of tumblr and I always questioned its legitimacy.  I doubt it's real and I can't recall or heard of a street like that here in Cali.

I thought about the same thing lol and I think I've seen streets in SF similar to that steepness.

The steepness of the streets in San Francisco have nothing to do with the
