I heard that if you put baby powder in there it will help, had that problem with 18's

Works like a charm. I did this with both my Shadow X's and my Altitude XIII's, and I haven't heard any squeaking since. All you need to do is takeout the insole, put SOME baby powder in it, reglue it (I think I used crazy glue) and there you go.
