I'm curating an art show with RIF.LA and the Attic taking place on January 19th 2012 (Thursday).
Flyer for the event is as follows:
The event is taking place at a restaurant a couple of my homies/roommates own and operate: Yojie Shabu-Shabu in DTLA (Same block as FIDM). The last show held at the venue was in collaboration with Diamond Supply Co.
We are also actively recruiting artists for the show so if you, or anyone that you feel can contribute, PM or e-mail me at [email protected] and I will shoot you information on the call to artists.
Art in various mediums will be showcased (paintings, drawings, prints, photography, fiber, screenprint, canvas, etc.) and will all be for sale.
40% of the sales from the event will be contributed to the Red Cross Tsunami Relief Fund with the remaining 60% to the artist.
There will be a DJ, giveaways from both RIF.LA and the Attic, as well as boooooooze
