Not just hard work, but LONG work, most people don't put in enough time... they just dabble

I also believe you have to have a killer instinct for your goal, which most people don't have

And lots of focus, there are a million distractions in this info/tech age

Last, a 'f it' attitude, you have to be willing to invest and lose in the short-term while still moving forward, to gain big
