My favorite is Florence, I spent a good 10 hours walking in one day there and it was worth it.
For Rimowa luggages, I have a carry on and a check-in size one. They were both around the same price! If you're going to Europe, pack your clothes in an old luggage and buy a Rimowa luggage there, it's so much cheaper.
The quality is excellent, but it'll be dinged up by the first time you check it in. To me, the only exceptional quality of Rimowa is the wheel. On a smooth surface, it really rolls like its on butter. They use to only offer the hard-shell luggages, but a few years ago they came out with a hyrbid.
I also use Samsonite and Victorinox luggages, which works fine for my trips. And my mind is much as ease because I could care less if they ding those up.
