I remember watching Justin Holt destroy Garfield at State in what would be Brandon Roy's last (meaningful) high school game. Marcellus Kemp was out with an injury and Brandon had to carry Garfield by himself. He was gassed by the second half.

I'll add to the the list of "others:"

Doug Wrenn (the best to never make it, at least from Washington state)
Mark Axton
Marcellus Kemp
Marcus Williams
Brian Morrison

There are more, just can't think of them off the top of my head right now.

Can't believe nobody didn't name the best HS and college player from the state and he has more rings then anybody from the list Adam Morrison

Along with Tre Simmons and Roy on those teams

I'll add Michael Johnson from Ballard
and Sheila Lambert at Chief Sealth as far as HS goes. She was one of favorite players growing up watching

Never really say Morrison play in HS until the 03' State game where Franklin and Brooks beat that *$+

Morrison scored 37 in that 2003 title game though. Brooks had 38. That was probably the greatest one-on-one show I've seen at that level.

I know I'm reaching claiming Martin (we're strangely devoid of bigs) but...you'd start Battier over Gervin?

That's true, but Ska missed a bunch of other CA guys that make up for it.  To supplement Ska's list:
Jrue Holliday

Darren Collison

Don McClean

Tracy Murray

Leon Wood

Austin Croshere

I'm sure there's more I'm missing too.
