I prefer the black airbag also. The red bag is just too much and doesn't set the color off as well.

Wrong.  They basically run true to size for me but are slightly smaller than the sprites.  I bought a 10.5 in both though and wear a 10.5 in most things.  The solar just fits a bit more snug.

These are really nice.....one of the better V's I think and the materials I bet would be nicer than crap leather.
