Personally, I wouldn't give them to Salvation Army due to their heinous view on politics and conservatism. They are very outspoken against gay marriage and equal rights. 

Uniqlo cool-fabric ones are the best i've come across.

Vanishing elephant makes a similar shoe. Around $200 but they pop up on gilt every once in a while. I have blue suede ones and olive leather if you want pics.Edit: check top man or all saints. Those shoes have the grungy worn look.

I have a boss sport coat that I get compliments on alllllll the time, comfy too. Quality seems nice as well. I can take pictures if necessary.
