I ordered a size 9 wave runners from ADC but they sent me a size 9.5. Is there any possible compensation without having to return it?

Highly anticipated for these retros but every pair that came in had some sort of quality issue and why is the toe box area pointed so high?

Only the collar area is tight at first but I think it will break in eventually with wear.
