The regular refs may look better through this on some personal validation but they sure arent gaining any leverage or advantage in their labor dispute.

I hear you..I've done the same..and I dont think there's nothing wrong with going through that or having that mindset..it might be a problem if you allow it to become who you are..especially if it wasnt you before in your life..cause you know at one point in your life, you didnt feel this way...
So what is the thought process of moving forward? If there is any?

idk man...any hit that looks remotely close to the neck/head area usually ends up being a fine..whether he led with his head or not.
