Got my order confirmation in for the Oreos. For everyone else that ordered the Oreos The Nike rep that I spoke to asked for my old order number, cc and email address associated with the cancelled order.

FINALLY got my size 9 after almost 2 hours of battling, Wishlist trick worked for me. As for order confirmations I wouldn't be worried.. As long as you submitted your order you should be good. It is highly unlikely nike will oversell and cancel orders, Nike will eventually send you confirmation...
