It changed pretty often, actually. But I was in the gym or doing cardio 6 to 7 days a week. When I got motivated, nothing could stop me...like I said in the video I've lost 51 pounds since April 13th. There are a lot of fantastic routines on bodybuilding.com I'd advise you sign up with that forum.
Heck yeah, that's what i'm talking about! You never realize the difference "little" changes make. Enough "little" helps "a lot" keep your eye on that goal and don't stop untill you reach it.
