i ordered these right before Christmas and got them in my normal size. big mistake. (see what i did there?)
got a half size smaller and they are perfect. i should have come to this thread first.
i love 'em too.
The only thing i can compare this to would be the Olympics. In terms of volume of product produced and sent to distributors for the FIBA championship, it was clearly far, far less than for the Olympics.
They did just give this championship a small run because they knew the international...
i understand your frustration, i do, but your comparison isn't the same with respect to the amount of money that could be earned.
you can't tell me that even ¼ of the amount of people that watch the NFL every week watch/watched the FIBA championship. not to mention that Griffin is currently...

Vince didn't play in the all star game that year due to injury, but the version with the red upper did release that weekend.
thanks for the great info!
the black upper released the following month, i think.
i am a huge fan of this shoe. i have several DS pairs, but i didn't keep any of my receipts to show the release date. i know the original price was $160 for the mids.
i remember when they were being clearanced at the Nike Outlet for $39. i bought 8 pairs. this will always be my favorite Nike...
if Nike's website is to be believed, this jersey is 100% fake.
the border around the USA letters should be blue, not red. also, the font used for the name on the back is not even close.
it doesn't have a Swoosh anywhere on it.
the jocktag is a combination of the older style with the orange Swoosh box, in this case missing the Swoosh, with the newer font in the text box.
the Nike Team Sports tag is several versions old and is also missing the Swoosh.
that's not necessarily true.
the flywire collar adds a design element that not all the teams want specifically with some of the classic jersey designs. most notably would probably be the Packers.
they have a very specific collar design that would not retain its integrity with the addition of...
probably not...i imagine, if anything, people will want it more. it's a collector's item now since he isn't going to be playing.
just like when Landon Donovan was left off the USMNT roster. Nike had already released his jersey.
hard to tell for sure, but from this angle they are either the Free Trainer 5.0 or the Fingertrap Max. they have nearly the same upper, only difference is the free sole or Air Max cushioning.
Free Trainer 5.0...
the socks they wore the other night were almost exactly like the Elite 2.0 that released in 2012. only difference is the ones from 2012 have the star instead of the Swoosh.
your best bet now is go check ebay.
