Midtown has some shady areas but you'll be the closest to any night life around Sac. Unless you like the suburbs. I live in Midtown and it's pretty walkable to most places I need to go. I would check for houses that are renting as it might be cheaper and a little bit safer locations.

San Leandro has the other Jordan 2012. White/black for $99 with 20% off as well. Great price on an amazing shoe. They mostly had size 10 and above.

Sacramento is essentially cleaned out. Only saw 11.5 and 12.5 of the Reds at Arden, same colorway 11.5 at Roseville. Oh well.
