do these run smaller or true to size? fnl messed up my order even tho i have a receipt for 10.5 their system shows 11.. i wear 10.5s will this be a big issue? thanks guys

just got off the phone with fnl after a 30minute hold.. luckily im at the office. my receipt from both fnl and paypal are for 10.5 Bred rep tells me they have me down for a size 11.. so once i get them if they don't fit me i will be having them available. what fakaery 

I've never owned a pair of 11's and besides the 12's are some of my favorite sneakers.. i had to cop to rock.
