OMG, This is hilarious!!!! :rofl::rofl:

This is what I’ll miss about Mou when he’s gone (I think when Man United fire him, he’s done).

He’s had so many classic press conferences. From Porto to Inter to RM to United. Definitely brought the lulz

I think he'd still get offers from other leagues or federations but I feel like he needs to take a sabbatical after for his own sake

It must eat him that Pep is on the other side of town flourishing. Dude just seems like he’s about protecting his ego and legacy at this point in the pressers. As a manager, there’s really nothing else for him left to play for. He’s not winning the league or the CL.

I don’t see him taking a job for a medium club, he wants to stay in England for his kids. So I really think he’s done with club football. If not, gone for at least a while.

Mariano deal for Real could be a good look. He’s better than Mayoral, and his aerial ability/athleticism fits better with RM. He’s also the right age (25) while Mayoral is still young (21) and Aspas, although better, is on the wrong side of 30.

I don’t doubt Mayoral’s ability to become a good finisher, but I think his lack of speed will always make him a questionable fit for RM. Mariano could wind up being a bit of a bust, but also has the potential and traits to become a hit at the Bernabeu. Supposedly played very selfishly at OL, he’s going to have to play within the team here and depend on his world class teammates to create for him.

United fans have been asking for a DOF for some time now. I think you guys are confusing their excitement about new players as their acceptance of Woodward in that role.

Kimchi Papi Kimchi Papi I think the truth lies somewhere in between. While I think you might be right about it being relatively easy to attract sponsorships, he has done a great job getting true market value out of these companies. His ability to get top dollars off the field for a team that has looked poor at best on is nothing to turn your nose up at. He's also been able to enter untraditional markets, we have an official tractor and noodle sponsorship for christ sakes

Nah. If he had any business acumen at all, any sort of instincts, the club wouldn't be the mess it is now 5-6 yrs since SAF's retirement. A good businessman would also be able to recognize mistakes being made long ago & hired someone to run football ops instead of suffering through 3 successive manager failures & ineptness in the transfer market.

The daft prick even said back in May, "Playing performance doesn’t really have a meaningful impact on what we can do on the commercial side of the business..." This quote speaks volumes in a number of different ways. First, it hints at business coming before football & it also kinda confirms what I was saying. woody has nothing to do with the success of this club because companies are lining up to do business even if the football is crap.

There is no art in saying yes to everything... I mean ya'll got official toilet sponsorship, official mattresses, official whiskeys. It's like the diarrhea of commercial sponsors & it still hasn't translated to fielding a great football team.

Silly morning rundown

Guedes back,for good this time

Sevilla getting cockblocked hard

Textbook silly season

With all the turmoil, it's safe to say that he'll never catch Pep and that rivalry is as good as dead.

Xabi's being groomed as the next Zizou?

I get it but this still has me

That's probably the moment he decided to join

His United pressers, while funny for the rest of us, are honestly kind of pathetic. He comes off as a washed up hasbeen who is desperately trying to cling onto his past glory.

Not to mention it comes off as self serving as hell when he goes on one of those rants defending himself. He always reverts to that when things go south,he threw the club and fans under the bus after the Sevilla L to shield himself from criticism.

His antics might be tolerable when you're getting results/trophies but when that's not the case, they're pretty hard to defend. He's about preserving his legacy/ego above everything else when the going gets tough so the blame always goes elsewhere

That finish to his presser had shades of 2015/16 with Chelsea...

Yea I used to like mourinho and his ******* personality but now he’s just a ****

Dominican Ronaldo will do wonders at RM, may even bench Benz if he takes a dip in form

The backstory behind that young OM fans goal and celebration makes it even more touching

Actually his legacy is all he’s ever been about.
Clear as day. He doesn’t care about the club...never has.
