One thing about Zidane is he didn't build that RM not to say he can't do it but that's where your DOF comes in. He inherited one of the most stacked rosters in recent time, Man U isn't that. With Zidane you do get players being freed up and just doing what they do best. He'll give the players confidence, everybody can attest to this besides Bale, English Lucas Vazquez can't wait. Fixing the defense will be the biggest problem.

Goodness RM just get the Mariano deal done it will only cost 20 mill

Damn. Lyon just can't keep a striker
they still got plenty in attack, Memphis plays the 9 a lot right now, if they could get a loan for Martial that would be good put him out on the wing and let interchange with Memph.

Mariano back to Real would def be a good look

Honestly wouldnt be mad with this at all. He'd get the playing time he needs while stearing clear of the storm that seems to be headed the clubs way. Doubt he'd mind either,OL's his first/boyhood club.

Would love to see this again

Rom missing that goal was brutal.. I am currently at a conference in Tempe so I only got to see the first half, but I thought we looked very positive. Completely different than the last game. Obviously, went to hell in 2nd looking at that scoreline. I can see the board's apprehension to sign another attacking player but it was painfully obvious going into the summer our back line needed to be addressed.

Zidane can't fix this team.

it's gonna happen. Next three matches are against Burnley, Whutford and Wolves. If we lose against Wolves, it'll be Mou's last straw and just like that, he's gone.

Lol and we can lose to all three opponents

woody & the dotard need to go. The post SAF period has been an excercise in futility.

Lord Woodward :pimp:

Feels like the most significant thing he’s done is set a benchmark for other clubs to negotiate more lucrative sponsorship deals with.

Many of us saw that he was buns with the football aspect of the game years before MU fans though. Dude is extremely wasteful.

And once again lmfao @ English clubs voting to shut their window early. MU could have bought someone after this thrashing to address issues.

You guys give woody too much credit for the business side of thangs. Companies line up to do business with a club like United. There is most likely other people responsible for bringing in these deals, analyzing them, & getting them done. You look at all the bussiness posts about United & there is nothing noting his accomplishments. The only time his name comes up financially is when he makes the periodic annnouncementa like the quarterly earnings.

Missed the game cuz of the 3am kickoff... but looked like another shambolic performance. Looks like changes are inevitable. But really, who’s the answer? ZZ? He got a good RM team, but surely this United team is better than what we’re seeing? Need someone to get the most out of these players and make them work together. Oh well.

United fans have been asking for a DOF for some time now. I think you guys are confusing their excitement about new players as their acceptance of Woodward in that role.

Kimchi Papi Kimchi Papi I think the truth lies somewhere in between. While I think you might be right about it being relatively easy to attract sponsorships, he has done a great job getting true market value out of these companies. His ability to get top dollars off the field for a team that has looked poor at best on is nothing to turn your nose up at. He's also been able to enter untraditional markets, we have an official tractor and noodle sponsorship for christ sakes

OMG, This is hilarious!!!! :rofl::rofl:

This is what I’ll miss about Mou when he’s gone (I think when Man United fire him, he’s done).

He’s had so many classic press conferences. From Porto to Inter to RM to United. Definitely brought the lulz

Alexis stealing a paycheck over there.
I don't miss those little lobbed crosses at all.

For real :lol he’s a ball hog too. We could use a winger right now tho :blush:

Before today, United had never lost by just 2-0 at home in the history of the premier league.
And we managed to beat that record and added another goal on top of it.

But "tactically we didn't lose the game" Mou says? Delusional

Damn that’s pretty crazy :nerd: new lows for United :hat

Not gonna be able to watch the arsenal game this weekend then it’s the international break :{
