"Manchester City currently stand as favourites to win the tournament come June, at 5/1. Juventus and Barcelona at both at 6/1 odds, with PSG and Bayern Munich at 7/1. Holders Real Madrid follow at 8/1."

Liverpool not even in the top 6 betting odds? LOL.

Realistically were the **** is Oblak gonna go if he leaves Atletico? Dude needs to realize he’s in a great situation football wise.

Only teams I can see snatching him up are PSG, Bayern, or Juve.

it won't be Bayern, but he should get paid his value

sidenote I don't find Juve's keeper to be all that good

Very good pot for us

Excellent pot. Sure I’d like the weakest team from pot 1, but as a fan of footy I wanna see us draw real competition.

So from pot 1 I’d take ATLETI and pot 3 I’d like POOL. Don’t really care for pot 4

Yeah as far as big clubs, Juve is it atm. Maybe Chelsea next summer?

Happy with Buffon, but we should have been made a move at Oblak

Oblak is still under contract until 2021 so I could still see him replacing Gigi in Paris after he retires if he still hasnt renewed with Atleti by then

Fernandinho, Gundogan, Delph????

Fernandinho up their in age now and is the only true CDM in the squad, no one that can truly share the work load with him and provide what he does in the squad right now and he's peaked its why we wanted Jorginho someone younger who can offer the same level Fernandinho does now. Gundogan can do a job there against teams that sitback and defend but in an open game which against top teams in the league and champions league will mostly be open games i wouldnt want him as a lone pivot. Delph is decent and has improved defensively because of his year playing left back but I still wouldnt wanna see him get prolonged time at CDM especially in really important games maybe in a double pivot.

chelsea just got Kepa this season

Not too keen on him. But I know he's young, out of all the other clubs though I figured chelsea if anyone would be one of the ones who could sign Oblak and let the young signing play understudy/loan him out or something if he didn't work out this season

Mad respect for Dempsey :pimp: my only real criticism is tendency to wear number 2 as a forward :lol:

need to watch some Copa Libertadores matches. Match got suspended

This post completely lacks context. This BBC article outlnes what may be corruption/match-fixing by CONMEBOL that prompted the rage of Santos fans.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bbc.co.uk/sport/amp/football/45342196

Tl:dr 12 hours before kickoff of the second leg, the 0-0 aggregate was changed to a 3-0 aggregate for their opponents, on grounds that Santos fielded a player that was carrying a suspension from 3 years earlier on a different team. Brazilians have claimed for a long time that CONMEBOL has an agenda against them.

Deuce is the GOAT American soccer player, IMO. He represents everything that footy here in the States should be. Dude made it to USMNT despite the current USSF infrastructure that stacked odds against him, all grind.

Mou not being at Carrington ended up being fake news,in other news

He's not wrong...if he was on his way out he would've already been sold earlier this summer when the offers were coming in and Mou wanted to get Willian

The board have def made some trash decisions over the years but backing Tone is one of the best ones they've made since Fergie left
