M'Bappe is Barça bound after he finishes making history at PSG.... and thats a LONG way away, like 4-6 years from now. Dude is going to be a PSG icon before he hits 25, then he'll leave.

Never viewed you as a CR7 fanboy, always thought your only man crush was Quaresma, but the RM/CR break up seems to permanently have you in your feels. There’s also no way in hell Mbappe stays in France for that long. At that age it would be like if a prime European Lebron was clowning on subpar Euroleague players for years instead of coming over to the NBA (EPL/La Liga). He was a guaranteed starting spot and a pay bump from moving to Real 18. There’s no way he stays in France until he’s at 25.

I think sometimes fans get too caught up in thinking the real world is like FIFA career mode where players care to become legends at new clubs. The way it works in actuality is more like University. Players want to go to the prestigious places, the Harvard and Yale of football. They don’t care to make an institution great themselves.

Its not even that, RM had him in camp as a 14-15 year old and let him walk, you could gave basically had him for free, he would have been your Messi in terms of a homegrown superstar at least a Raul.

I don’t think the reason he didn’t come was a lack of interest from RM. Even until now his parents have been important in managing his career, and it seems they’ve helped do a great job by keeping him in France for the time. He broke through the first team in Monaco very young, while the likes of James, Isco, and Bale have been stuck on the bench here in recent times. At the time La Fabrica and RM’s youth set up seemed to not have the reputation and path to the first team it’s enjoying now with young talents flocking and developing here. RM at the time were the team that just buys stars. In the end staying in France has worked out for him which means Real likely couldn’t offer what he received in France, and that he and his family made the right decision.

On the flip side you see a guy like Griezzy who left France for modest Real Sociedad and is now a world champion. So a completely different path and unique set of decisions paid off for him.

It would have been sweet to have gotten him for basically free back then. But you can’t argue with the results he’s gotten with the decisions his team has made for him. Who knows if his career would have been progressing so quickly if he came here.

Ight let me get a few things out the way cause I feel like you think my energy lately has been towards RM or RM fans, it’s not, it’s to Florentino Perez.

Yes I’m a Quaresma fan boy and proud :pimp:- but when it comes to this situation, Mbappe is the CR7 fanboy. He’s the one who had posters of him, he’s the one who wears number 7, he’s the one who went to Real Madrid camp.... etc

So from a PLAYERS perspective (put those goggles on for a minute flyee), if you see your favorite players at odds with some bumbling old bafoon like Florentino, best believe that Mbappe will take notice. Players and agents talk man, behind closed doors everyday.

Ronaldo will have a relationship with Mbappe due to Nike, they’ll travel in the same circles for a long time.

Here’s where Ronaldo comes in, we both known the kind of person Ronaldo is. He’s a ruthless and competitive dude, sometimes even too petty. He’s absolutely the type of dude to hold a grudge, he literally left RM because of his ego, (being at battle with Flo’s ego.)

Rest assured Ronaldo and even Jorge Mendes will forever hold a grudge against Florentino forever..... Not just Ronaldo tho, Flo has a habitual tendency of treating legends/stars like ****, Barca treat theirs much better. (Raul, Casillas, etc)

That’s why I say Mbappe would rather choose Barca instead of Madrid, because all the players talk, all of them have relationships and all the players know what type of person Florentino is. Players have this fraternity bro, regardless of the clubs they play for sometimes.

Now here’s where you may be right about Mbappe going to RM, when that time (4-6 years from now) Florentino might be gone, if that happens I’ll say RM have a shot.

But in the meantime you and this dream of “Mbappe coming to RM” needs to die bruvv. Mbappe had a chance to go to RM last summer, he CHOSE PSG, according to the Monaco sporting director. Right now he’s a young legend playing football for a team in his hometown in a country he is ADORED in.

He is not leaving anytime soon, anytime within your timeframe dream scenario, it’s not happening bruh. Just stop, he’s staying at PSG for a long time man.

However Neymar going to RM, yea I’ll allow you entertain that, it’s much more plausible and makes sense. Neymar and Flo are a match made in heaven.

Disagree with a lot of what you said but repped because I can see your perspective on most. One thing I vehemently disagree on though is that Flo is a hinderance to RM. Real could very well be Inter/AC levels of irrelevant without Florentino’s involvement since the turn of the century. Until his ego ever keeps a player from joining RM like you predict might happen, which it hasn’t yet, he’s arguably the greatest executive in sports.

The book the Real Madrid Way, which has gotten rave reviews from the likes of David Stern and Billy Beane, is 50% an account of Florentino’s greatness. I disliked him for being an egomaniac, and still won’t forget times like when he’d preposterously insinuate Bale > CR7 years ago, because it seems he wants to be bigger than any player here. But even despite that, what he’s done for this club makes him arguably the most important figure in its history. As I’ve said before, along with Bernabéu, Di Stefano, and CR7, he’s there in RM’s Mount Rushmore. And there isn’t a single executive in football I’d trade for him.

Man I don't even think P$G is the biggest football brand in France . OM is still le roi there

To answer that person pages back, no Dele and Lloris aren't playing this weekend for the Spurs

but back to here. like I believe Bantz Lord T Bantz Lord T said last thread I agree completely.... any team with Neymar at the helm will fail and it's his own doing.

I can't wait to walking down the street and chat to hypebeasts about current league standings and formations while they wear this Jordan collab gear:lol: #expose

Well you really like Florentino, I respect that. I don’t agree, I think many presidents could have had just as much success with that consistent cash cow/RM payrol, but I understand how you feel.

And the way we disagree on this topic is the same way many RM fans disagree/ed over this topic during the summer. Half of them (mostly older fans) had your point of view “Ronaldo cannot continusly disrespect the president, he is the President”...

The other half of fans (younger ones usually) were like “Florentino promised him a new contract if Ronaldo won the Champions League and scored a bunch of goals. Flo lies, Flo need to treat our stars, especially our icons with more respect”....

Believe me it’s a topic that has separated RM fans, I was tuning into that’s Spanish show “el chiringito” a bunch during that time. That was a heavenly contested argument....

But I’m a players guy, I usually take the players side, especially in this circumstance. Like all Flo had to was stay true to his word and none of this would have happened. It’s literally that simple.

That Jordan and Paris collab looks terrible. Jumpman doesn't belong in the greatest sport in the world imo.
