Kimchi Papi totally agree with your post. He’s been feeling out the attacking side but with our depth at the moment we really cant afford to drop anymore points this season in the league. It’s sad though because our younger players are currently outplaying our vets in our side. Koke has been underperforming, same with Griezmann and Costa. Juanfran and Filipe are injury prone and we still need to integrate Gelson in. Word on the street is Cholo is gonna throw the bag at psv for lozano and i think he’s a player we can use to just put us over the top.

Chucky doesn't fit Cholo's profile because he doesn't consistently contribute defensively. Also, he can make some nifty passes here & there but his overall passing ability is very meh. He's an offensive talent though.

Atleti would better if they gave Saul more attacking responsibilities, he's class imo, it probably won't t happen under Simeone. Koke just isn't that guy never has been, Saul & Lemar should be running things and everybody should eat off that.

Cholo sees lozano as our griezmann back up/ replacement. His pressing and tenacity is something Cholo admires. I agree with you Chucky wouldn’t break our starting XI as an flanking advanced midfielder but he would be griezmanns back up. Correa hasn’t worked out for us as our eventual SS replacement but works a lot better as our right advanced midfielder.

You trippin'... I love Koke. Prior to Costa leaving for Cheskie, it was Koke feeding him a lot of those passes that year when Costa was feastin' scoring all them goals. Cholo moved him around a lot from right, left, & centrally but his best position is centrally. He doesn't register much in the way of stats but if you watch him he cleans up a lot of messes with his tackling & such. When he missed a month last campaign, Atleti struggled a lot. I think I read somewhere that he averaged about 51 short passes every 90 mins of play. Sheeeeeet, I'd take him at Barca in a heart beat.
