He had that year when he went off and had like 30 goals and 20 assists.. been trash ever since

THIS. Alexis was looking flabby and sick before the switch to United. He was dog**** last year for Arsenal. Best thing to come from the transfer was the unveiling video.

I wish Barca had seriously run at Lemar. :frown::rolleyes

If true, I don’t understand the club’s interest in Nicolas Pepe. Hea a talented player but doesn’t contribute much defensively & a bit soft. He’s too much a finesse player for my tastes.

Barca doesn’t need a midfield player on the wing. They needs to address the pivot & a left back first & foremost.
i mean yall been activating release clauses since neymar dipped, hopefully yall strike gold with one of them and go for the flip. Might get a good Suarez replacement out of it too

Outside of his time with United, Alexis’ struggles were due to being disenchanted playing for Arsenal his last 2 yrs who were also a really subpar team (especially his last yr there).

alexis dug his own footy grave for going to play for mourinho
just like united dug their own grave for hiring mourinho

already 8 pts back in the table and have played only 1 team out of the top 6
hopefully, mou can go out with some class this time around but i don't know why he was offered an extension

I don’t see anything on your last post. Is it storm front’s home page?

Can’t blame Alexis for chasing a check. United offered a lot of cash. Unfortunately he thought he was going to a contending team or a team on the upswing.

undefeated psv vs 2nd place ajax today (2 pts behind)
match is gonna be good

Manchester City are understood to have had a £50m bid for Ajax midfielder Frenkie de Jong (21) rejected in the summer and are ready to take on United for him in January. Thiago Alcantara (Bayern Munich) and Adrien Rabiot (PSG) are also on Guardiola's list. [Sunday Mirror]

Source is the Sunday mirror so it’s probably BS but sorry jape jape I’m trying to post this into existence now

Christensen didn't even make Chelsea's bench today

Lord Jesus who would've thought David Luiz would lock the spot down like that. Season's still young though, he's going to have to fight hard to get that spot away from Luiz.

shiiiiiiet I can't imagine pep not wanting frenkie....he'd be good for any squad.

Oh well. charge it to the game. Word is united trying to throw money at Ajax too

Would De Jong be a Fernandiho replacement? Or is he more of an attacking mid.

West Ham should be up antonio just banging the ball at the keeper from the 6....just slot it far post. I also don't like Kante playing farther forward. But seems like Seri is hell bent on playing Jorginho and Kante together when common sense says play one of them as a holding mid and put two attacking mids in

From what I seen and heard about De Jong since is he can play anywhere from CM to CDM to doing a decent job at CB. IF we do get him which I’m all for I’m sure he’d be the Fernandinho replacement
