Nah, mans is overrated. 100 million? Never. Ever.
We're stacked at mid, and he's not much better then our core. Not better then KDB or Gündoğan. I would start Foden or Silva over him. I would even start Rodri for his defense, more solid, better footwork and will punish you on the tackle. He's also not afraid to get a yellow.

He’s got higher upside than Gundogan not to mention 5 years younger than him. Foden will still start and Bernardo looking for a move to Atletico so it makes sense. Rodri still gonna start regardless Grealish will only affect who plays at the 8 or maybe LW. Foden being so good on the wing as well it makes it easy for us to start both of them.
Is he worth a 100 mil nah but it is what it is

Obviously Grealish isn't worth $100M....but it ain't my money so sign him. Lets be real when it comes to creative forces in the premier league who can create goal scoring opportunities literally out of nothing...he is top 5 in that sense.
That being said it will be interesting to see how his game translates to city. A lot of teams sit back against them and park the bus. Idk if grealish is used to that coming from Aston Villa

Yep, Jack definitely one of the best creators in the league. Look at what he was dealing with at Villa. Imagine him with the talent that Citeh has and possibly Kane
With his touch, dribbling and passing he should be fine against teams in a low block. I’m interested in seeing how he’ll adjust to not being the hub of the team and if he’ll keep the ball too much for Pep’s liking.
Been following the kid’s career since he was like 16, hate it was Citeh but someone of his talent deserves to be in bigger matches around players of the same caliber.
