The guy is right tho, Reguilon is a good player but yea besides that, Spurs don’t have quality players besides Kane and Son.

i mean this is just common sense. if people want to try to undermine pep's accomplishments for spending then where is that same energy for real madrid? it's no different. real madrid aren't real madrid because their academy is producing talent.
city sucked the szn he came in and everyone said pep wouldn't be able to play his style in england cause of the people who all overrate englishmen . now look....everybody is playing like pep's teams.

Pep also did need to spend for our aging backline. We had 30yr olds like Sagna, Kolarov, Zabaleta, Demichelis and even Kompany was starting to age constantly rotating in the squad.
Fernando and Toure were also well into their 30s when Pep got in.
We honestly had to spend considering the fact that we barely finished 4th too. We were laughed at spending so much for fullbacks and look how important they are to a lot of clubs in todays game.
