TAM and GAM is pretty much made so they can separate money for the players and for the league (Garber, MLS, USSF). IMO, It's the sole reason why they're still expanding (remember they said the cap the league at some point? ) and cause that $200 milly from new cities can help cover up losses from ALLLLLL those lawsuits coming in 2020. TAM and GAM make no sense period in any league, foreign or domestic
