Helps when you're up a goal. At 0-0 you risk getting pulled, aka swagotelli a couple years back with the pirouette backheel
my man!I luckily saw that rabona goal live at work and freaked out
What's funny was that was a preseason game against the LA Galaxy and Mancini wasn't having any of it. Lamela did this in the Europa League I bet the media would of mocked it pretty badly if he mjssed.Helps when you're up a goal. Mehhh, thats debatable.
If you're one of the few players who've mastered the art (Di Maria, Quaresma, Lamela, etc) you shouldn't be punished for taking a rabona if your weak foot is that bad. Lamela was confident he'd put it on target, I'm sure he's been doing that for a long time now.
I guess it'd depend on the manager tho.
The former Inter owner was given the role last year after selling his majority share of the Serie A club to Indonesian businessman Erick Thohir.
His son Angelomario has resigned his position as vice-president, while board members Rinaldo Ghelfi and Alberto Manzonetto have also quit.
Moratti's company Internazionale Holding Sr retains a 29.5% stake in the Italian club.

Manager would see that as him gaining his confidence.
Granted Potti wouldn't have subbed him off immediately like Mancini x Balo, but questions would have been asked like why didn't he play an assist (Ade looked in a good position) instead of being audaciously selfish.
You know the story, Hero when you get it right, Villain when you get it wrong, especially at 0-0 or down a goal or two.
how come no one told me Gundogan has been back playing with the first team..
