We gave Pozo a chance earlier this season when Aguero was out. Didn't really see much to justify him getting PT over Dzeko and Jovetic but it was good to see him get a chance. I hope Marcos Lopes gets looked into a bit more seriously after his return from Lille. Been hearing a bunch of great things about the kid and a few of the young French guys we have. Idk but rich clubs like City just seems to want to buy proven players from the market instead of promote within.
Yeah i still got faith in Mangala even though we shelled out 30 mill or whatever for him. Still young and hopefully he can learn from this year especially under Kompany even though he's had a rough year.
No but seriously, it was his first season in a brand new club that was disorganized and badly managed all year long. Their is no identity at City, they're lost, even Komoany had a bad season. I think with some good managing and better players Mangala will flourish for years to come. He's too talented a defender, he makes silly mistakes but he will mature.
It starts from the top and trickles down, Prellegrino has to go. They need youth and speed on the wings and more organization and they'll be fine. I don't think they're in purgatory tho.
